Our products are sourced from around the world, and they are produced by the original manufacturers for that particular brands. Q. Do you provide samples? A. Yes, we provide samples when available. Q. Would I be able to find something not listed on your website? A. Yes, we have an extensive global supplier network, so please send your inquiry to yjhan@cgeurope.com . We will check the availability for you. Q. Do you have a catalog? A. No, there are over 30,000 parts per car. Therefore, it is not possible to send you a catalog. Please send your inquiry to yjhan@cgeurope.com . Q. What is the minimum order quantity or minimum order amount? A. It is either 20 ft. container load of goods, or USD 30,000 per order. Q. What if I cannot order, according to your MOQ or minimum order amount? A. We will assess your inquiry, and if we can process the order, we will quote prices. Q. How long will it take to get my order? A. For indent order, it takes 30 to 120 days after the order confirmation. For stock order, it can be shipped within 2~3 weeks. Q. What is your payment term? A. We accept 30% deposit upon order, and 70% before shipment. Q. What is your payment method? A. Telegraphic transfer or L/C at sight. Q. Do you ship via air or ocean? A.
